All you need to make this homemade Instant Pot yogurt is milk and a small amount of yogurt (or freeze-dried yogurt starter). The process takes time, but there's very little hands-on prep required.
Make sure the yogurt you choose as a starter is plain with no added sweeteners, and it must have live active cultures. Not all commercial yogurts include live active cultures, so check the label to make sure.

Instant Pot Vegan Yogurt
This homemade yogurt is delicious on its own, or you might want to add flavor when it's ready. Add some pure vanilla extract to the finished yogurt along with honey or another sweetener, or serve it with berries and crunchy bits of granola. Yogurt is acidic, making it an excellent savory marinade for many dishes, such as tandoori chicken, tikka masala, and Middle Eastern shawarma. In many cases, yogurt may be used in many recipes as a substitute for sour cream.
Ingredients
2 quarts milk, preferably whole
1/4 cup yogurt with live active cultures, or yogurt starter

Smoothies are a convenient and colorful way to start your day, but some recipes can be filled with added sugar and fat. For a healthy meal or snack, stick to the basics: fruit and veggies.
Every successful smoothie contains two main ingredients: fruit and/or vegetables (often frozen) and a liquid, such as fruit juice, vegetable juice, or milk. Other possible ingredients include yogurt, nut butter, seeds, spices, herbs, and more. Many smoothies also include a few ice cubes to keep the mixture nice and cold. Often, recipes can be tweaked to meet different dietary requirements or tastes—feel free to swap out dairy products for non-dairy ones or change up the spices and juices.

Spinach, feta cheese, and Kalamata olives belong together! They taste delicious in this healthy, hearty, and wholesome breakfast wrap!
When my husband and I honeymooned in Greece we loved eating eggs with Kalamata olives and feta! The cheesy, salty, tanginess combined with freshly scrambled eggs is so delicious! The spinach adds in some green and packs a healthy punch because it is iron-rich!

Tortilla Press Hacks
This wrap is super easy to whip together on a weekday morning. You can also make a bunch of these on the weekend and then wrap them and freeze them! They can be reheated in the microwave or toaster oven. Simply scramble more eggs and have plenty of tortillas on hand! Egg whites can also be substituted. There is always a debate as to whether whole eggs or egg whites are better for you! I go for the whole eggs to get the nutrients from the yolks, but either way, packs a ton of protein!
Ingredients
2 large eggs
1/2 cup fresh spinach, roughly chopped
4 Kalamata olives, chopped
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter, diced
1 white or whole-wheat tortilla
Salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

When needing a breakfast-on-the-go, it's easy to grab a power bar or pastry, but those options are high in sugar and fat. These egg muffins made with quinoa and spinach are a wholesome alternative that is easy to put together and can be made ahead and frozen for a quick breakfast or snack at any time. This recipe is also great for Christmas morning or as part of a brunch buffet, especially since the muffins are vegetarian and gluten-free.
A great way to use up any leftover quinoa, this dish is high in vegetarian protein, offering a boost of energy to start the day. Feel free to add other vegetables such as chopped tomato, asparagus pieces, or chopped bell pepper. Or, if you don't need them to be vegetarian, include breakfast sausage or bacon. The shredded cheese can be any flavor you choose, from sharp cheddar to pepper jack to Brie cheese.
Ingredients
1 cup quinoa
2 cups vegetable broth
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 onion (chopped)
1 cup (loosely packed) spinach (4 ounces)
2 large eggs
1/4 cup grated cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano or thyme
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

If you're into meal prep or want to start planning ahead for the workweek, these delicious muffins are a great grab-and-go breakfast that you can make ahead, refrigerate or freeze, and warm up in the microwave before running out of the house. Or sit down and enjoy with a cup of hot coffee. Great for kids' lunch boxes and snacks, too, they are filled with fiber from oats, and have deliciously sweet banana flavor, without the loads of sugar that come in store-bought or bakery-made treats. If you have some ripe bananas around, put them to good use and make a batch of muffins.
The deliciously crisp oat and cinnamon crumble topping on top can be optional, so if you want to keep them more for breakfast and less as a treat, skip it, but if you want a more decadent treat, go ahead and bake them with the crumble. Besides the flavor, it gives the muffins added texture and visual appeal.
