Health is a whole philosophy of life.

It is not a one-time event - eating right, going for a run, clearing your head of negative thoughts, giving in to a creative impulse, turning on awareness - but developing the right habits that can work for us, keeping your body beautiful and healthy and your soul light.

These are everyday routine actions that a person does with the awareness of why he does it - not because it is fashionable, right or someone said so, but because he keeps a strategic picture in his mind - how I want to be/feel today, tomorrow and even in 10 years - and in accordance with this picture he makes daily choices of food, thoughts, words, actions, moods.

That's why another diet doesn't help, and short-term actions don't yield lasting results.

Because health is a set of habits that you need to cultivate in yourself in order to at least feel good and enjoy life to the fullest. This is the base that everyone needs, because a sick person thinks only about cure.

Craving for beauty is inherent in every person. It is not at all surprising that such a holiday as the International Day of Beauty has arisen. Over the past two decades on September 9, humanity has been praising beauty in all its forms. Why did I start talking about the many manifestations of beauty? Because beauty is a very subjective concept. I was convinced of this by talking with residents of Novogrudok. Despite the diversity of ideals and views, my interlocutors were united by the absolute belief that beauty can save the world.

Exercises for the abs at home:
Curls

Lying on your back, bend your legs at the knees. Cross your arms over your chest and lift your torso, pulling only your shoulder blades off the floor. Your neck and back muscles should not be strained.

Bicycle

Take a lying position, put your hands in a lock on the back of your head. Then touch the opposite knee with your elbow. That is, raise your body so that your right elbow touches your left knee, which you should also raise while keeping your pelvis on the floor. Do one at a time.

Straight Leg Raising

Lying on your back, slip your hands under your buttocks and lift your straight legs. At the same time, do not bend your lower back, and when you return your legs to the starting position - do not let them touch the floor.

Scissors

Lie prone and raise your legs up for 20 centimeters, put your palms underneath the buttocks. Start spreading your legs with your toes stretched as wide as possible and crossing them as you swing. Do not sag in the lower back.

Plank

Rest your elbows on your elbows and keep your support on your toes. Alternately bend your legs and pull them up toward your stomach.

In the Old Slavonic language, "beauty" sounded like "beauty" - a word consisting of three syllables, each of which has its own meaning:

Ra is God;
Ca is an affiliation.
The adjective "beautiful" in the same language sounded like "red" - the color of divine manifestation. That is, beauty is what God is endowed with, and beautiful is one that has the features of God.
