When she became the first little person to appear on the cover of British Vogue in 2019, writer and disability activist Sinéad Burke broke barriers that few had even realised were in place. This has been a common trend in her public career - she is also the first little person to attend the Met Gala, and mannequins made from her body were the first-ever mannequins made of a little person.

“There’s something so powerful about what she’s saying - not just in terms of Black lives, but in connecting deeply to the core of ourselves,” Naomi continues. “This is the journey that she’s sharing. The term ‘model’ does make someone feel as if they are mute, and they’re just a person that’s objectified. She uses her voice. I see her as so much more than a model - we’re all more than models.”

Clients are offered a wide range of services in the following areas: hairdressing (haircut, styling, coloring, chemistry), manicure and pedicure, nail extensions, cosmetology, massage.

According to marketing agency Global Reach Consulting, the beauty salon market volume is estimated to be fast-growing. The highest concentration of beauty salons exists in cities with millionaires - Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk. Rostov-on-Don, according to 2GIS experts, is in fifth place by the number of beauty salons. For every 1000 women there are 77 salons. The growth in the number of beauty salons can be explained by the increased demand for their services.

To implement the project beauty salon will need 1 687 700 rubles seed investment. Part of the investment budget is planned to attract credit funds, which will amount to 200 thousand rubles. The implementation period of the investment stage of the beauty salon, including obtaining permits, repairs and redevelopment, purchase of equipment and consumables, is calculated for the period from March to May 2019. The start of sales is scheduled for June 2019. Reaching the planned volume of sales at 30% load - 4 months.
