Not all essential oils are created equal.

Many essential oils on the market are diluted, synthetic, or don’t go through the same level of quality testing.

I personally use doTERRA essential oils because they are rigorously tested for purity and quality. Some of them are also labeled for internal use, which is why it’s so important to always read the label and follow the directions.

Melissa is one of my latest favorite essential oils. I’ve been applying it to the roof of my mouth every morning for the past few days. I love using it to support my nervous system, help maintain my energy and I love how it fits into my morning wellness routine🌿
