You don’t have to be positive all the time. It’s perfectly okay to feel sad, angry, annoyed, frustrated, scared and anxious. Having feelings doesn’t make you a negative person. It makes you human.

We believe that all young people should have bodily autonomy and be guaranteed s*xual reproductive health services in their communities, even when they are detained by the federal government.

Young people have the right to the information and skills they need to protect their health. That's why we gladly remind you to use protection and if possible abstain from s*x.

Religious leaders play a big role in shaping our communities. It's high time to involve religious leaders in talks related to SRHR and HIV so that we can end the stigma and discrimination among YPLHIV in Uganda.
