I had a better plan than this post, but this is a start, to talk about Autism being that my son is on the spectrum. ASD.. But our health hasn't been good..
Will be sharing more about Autism and all things in between once we are back on our feet.
Ylang ylang (pronounced e-lang e-lang) essential oil's main purpose is for relaxation. Has the same aroma as jasmine but not as expensive.
Its relaxing qualities makes it very useful for those who are stressed, anxious or tense and it can even help to lower blood pressure.
I use mine in a burner for relaxation and stress relief, also helps with my panic attacks and occasional palpitations.
