I had the chance to attend a sound bath as a participant and it was amazing to be able to settle into it and relax. Then I came across this post about the changes we are experiencing. Make that magic happen. ❤️❤️

Today is the day.

Portals in astrology are not metaphors. It was a beautiful day with yoga, massage, Reiki, Thai, Sound Therapy, herbal teas, essential oils, lunch, free hugs and many other ways to connect, relax and de-stress.

There was a great crowd, laughs, storytelling, music and connection. I am very grateful to have been included in this amazing day.
