Introduction to Empowered Eating - A Complementary Workshop

Many of you know me as a massage therapist here at The Collective, but you might not know that I am also a Life + Empowerment Coach for Women. My passion is helping women reconnect with themselves, step out of people-pleasing and diet culture, and create lives they truly love living. One of the most powerful transformations I've experienced - both personally and with my clients - is learning to step away from the endless cycle of dieting and into a place of freedom, trust, and empowerment around food.

That's why I'm so excited to personally invite you to my complementary, in-person workshop - Introduction to Empowered Eating, on Thursday, July 30 at 6:00 PM here at Oceana, A Wellness Collective.

Empowered Eating isn't about counting calories, following restrictive food rules, or striving for the "perfect" body. It's about stepping out of diet culture and stepping into your power! It's about learning to nourish your body with love and compassion - never from deprivation and restriction. It's about making choices from a place of self trust, instead of guilt, and building a relationship with yourself (and with food) that feels peaceful and empowered!

During this workshop, you'll discover:

*Why the diet culture keeps you stuck in an endless cycle, and what to do instead

* How changing your mindset creates a new relationship with food and your body

*Practical tools for managing urges with curiosity and compassion, instead of willpower

*The concept of bio-individuality - understanding that there is no one "perfect" way to eat, because every body in unique.

*Simple practices you can begin using now, to create a more peaceful and empowered relationship with food and your body!

You will leave with practical tools, a new perspective, and the confidence to begin making choices from a place of self-trust, rather than fear and restriction.
