Still no office. Still don’t have stuff out of office. Waiting on engineers to find out if building is safe to enter and workmen’s to get over gang from in front of door. Likely won’t be back up and running until end of months I will be out of town for conference 18-24.. so that puts me another week behind finding some place to work out of! Will keep posting as I have updates!!!

I don’t do this often because I feel like I should be able to take care of my own life, and stuff. I’ve had several people reach out and want to donate, which I greatly appreciate. Just that you would think of me means more than you know. I’m including my Venmo if you feel led to donate you can, but by all means you do not have to. thank you in advance for all the concern, reaching out, all the offers to help and donate, all the love and support. all of us in my building surely appreciate the concern and love shown!

A: NO! You can start off small by doing your legs, your torso, your arms or your face neck and chest. We always recommend starting slow maybe an add-on to your traditional massage or bodywork. See how you feel afterwards, how well your body responds to it, and if you even like it. Call your massage therapist and ask questions about manual lymphatic drainage, and how to go about receiving it.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage: what is it? It is a specialized type of massage.
A: a gentle, rhythmic technique designed to stimulate the flow of lymph fluid. By using light, precise pressure, it encourages excess fluid to move away from congested tissues and toward functioning lymph nodes, helping to reduce swelling and promote circulation.
