No deprivation, we aren't selling any products just 3 nutrition coaches focused on teaching lasting skills for better nutrition and movement to fuel your life.

I'm sure glad I got my workout and my 3 mile walk completed before the weather turned bad!

I just wanted to let you all know that I'm again running another 12-week health and wellness program with 2 other coaches, Coach Sta and Coach Annette. This program is specifically for women over 40 that wish to kick in their health & wellness goals for 2023 in a supportive, caring environment with other like-minded women.

We keep the 12-week programs relatively small, which allows for us, the coaches, to get to know you better and for members to get to each other as well.
