I’m curious because it’s definitely split. Have you ever had a Moxie and do you love it or think it’s the grossest ever like KC does?

Eleven years ago I took a chance on myself and what I believed in and moved into the little salon (Le Petit Salon) across the street that just opened from where I was working. That chance turned into what you now know as Moxie.

I still have pinch-me moments. This space, the energy in it, the people who have walked through the doors have shaped me in ways I can’t even put into words.
The lessons? Priceless. The growth? Wild. The gratitude? Endless.

Eleven years is a quarter of my life!

To every stylist who’s shared this space, to every client who has trusted us, supported us, grown with us, you are the reason this “little salon” became something so much bigger.

And to the ladies currently working beside me, you are the best of the best. You hype me up as much as I hype you up.

Right now I’m not taking standalone haircut appointments for people who aren’t already color clients. This may change in the future, but for now that’s how my schedule is set up. The good news is I have amazing stylists at I can refer you to for a haircut-only visit!

Hair has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up in a salon with a hairdresser mom, where the noise of blow dryers and the smell of perms were simply part of everyday life. From the moment I knew you had to grow up and work, I knew I wanted to do hair.

A salon landed in my lap in 2018 and I created Moxie — a modern, welcoming space designed to feel elevated, comfortable, and effortless. We’re a small, highly skilled team of stylists.

I specialize in modern grey solutions, highlights, and balayage tailored to real lifestyles. My work is intentionally low-maintenance, refined, and designed to grow out beautifully, hair that looks just as good weeks later as it does the day you leave the salon.

What will grey blurring look like on my brunette hair?

In bright sunlight, greys shine with a subtle hint of transparent color covering them.

In indoor light, your grey will look like highlights, blending in with your natural brown strands looking slightly lighter.
