We’re excited to partner with for a truly unique afternoon experience.

Your journey begins at the Fab Lab studio, where you’ll craft your own (fab!) sauna hat—a traditional wool hat designed to protect your hair from frizz, help regulate body temperature, and enhance your sauna experience.

From there, you’ll head to West Acton Sauna, where you can wear your handmade hat during a sauna session, with the option to cold plunge in a shared, communal setting.

Come create, breathe, and unwind as you take in the trees and sky. Enjoy tea and a small sweet treat while your body fully relaxes.

Last weekend’s Social Sauna was exactly why we built this space — strangers becoming friends, deep exhales, cold plunges that wake you all the way up, and conversations that linger long after you’ve left.

From the first round of heat to the final cooldown, the energy was steady, open, and real. No rush. No pressure. Just space to be.
