Last couple weeks we have had far too many no call/no shows……i MUST reiterate……..IF YOU NO CALL/NO SHOW YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR MISSED APPOINTMENT. We understand life happens, but our system sends out plenty of reminder texts, and everyone has a phone either on them
Or nearby. It takes a simple text or call to the shop to cancel ur appointment. The barbers at the shop are trying to make a living, not showing up is taking money out of their pockets plain and simple. Times are tough but ghosting appts isnt acceptable.
