Ada Main Street is seeking a motivated Executive Director to lead the organization’s programs, events, and community initiatives, with a strong focus on the ongoing revitalization and growth of Ada Main Street.

Responsibilities include:
Working closely with the Board of Directors and the four committees to ensure the implementation of decisions, tasks, and organizational goals; managing daily operations; overseeing sponsorships and fundraising efforts; coordinating events and promotions; managing finances; and building strong partnerships with local businesses and community stakeholders to support the continued revitalization of Main Street.

Qualifications:
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills required. Experience in social media, marketing, and community engagement is preferred. QuickBooks or general bookkeeping experience is helpful but not required.

Salary:
Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
