Festive Eye :) - use Creamy Merinque all over eye, then Sticks n Stones in crease... Blue Sapphire in your Ocean Palette on lid. Ice Crystal in corner of eye. Precision Eye Liner on top and bottom of eye. Red Velvet Lipstick Or Retro Red Lip Liner on a brush right underneath bottom of lashes. Blend well, Use Ice Crystal on top of Brow.. Add Drama Queen Mascara- two coats and VIOLA- RED, WHITE AND BLUE- MISS AMERICA!! Happy 4th!!
