I had a new guest a couple of weeks ago and we were chatting about how she wanted her hair cut. She wanted something dramatic. Keep in mind this is the first time I’m cutting her hair.

Fast forward to the end of the service, she loves it, I’m taking her picture.. she turns to leave and says “You know I really trust you, because normally I would NEVER let someone cut my hair this short the first time they cut my hair.”

And honestly, that moment meant a lot to me.

Because I work really hard to provide more than just great hair.. I want every guest to feel seen, heard & important from start to finish.

It’s about the experience, the communication, the attention to detail… and making sure my guests leave feeling better than when they walked in.

Being trusted in that way? That’s the part I don’t ever take for granted 🤍
