Congratulations to Laila Parrish! Laila is a 2026 graduate of Aiken High School, and a recipient of a $7500 scholarship from the Rotary Club of Aiken With the Support of the Albrecht Family Charitable Trust. While she hasn’t finalized her university choice, she is certain she wants a degree in information technology while completing medical/dental school prerequisites. Laila has joined the South Carolina National Guard. Her goal is to bridge the gap between healthcare and technology as a full-time commissioned officer and leader in the medical corps. Ultimately, Laila wants to return to Aiken to use her medical skills, and we will be fortunate to have her serve our area!
