I attained my degree in massage therapy from the Birmingham School of Massage, my certification in Manual Lymphatic drainage from the Academy of Lymphatic Studies, and my certification in Active Isolated Stretching from The Academy for Aaron Mattes Therapies. I enjoy spending time with my family, taking trips to the beach, spending weekends at the lake, riding our Harley with my husband, and relax
