Let’s just say 2025 have been good to my clients!!!!! Proof is here!!! We over here quiet until it’s time to pop out… Yes we still working towards our goals while creating new ones. Cant wait to see what 2026 has in store for each of them. Hopefully we will add to the tribe.

The weather is getting cooler and the holidays are coming let’s not stop the movement. Starting in November Jai3 Fitness and Wellness LLC will be doing weekly Zoom sessions twice a week at 6am Monday and Friday. Zoom links will be sent out 24 hours prior to each session. Feel free to join. Remember summer bodies are made in the winter. Also for those needing modifications on your exercise no worries I got you.
