Today is Lilly’s 9th birthday! We booked rooms at the local Courtyard by Marriott Albany here and I checked on yesterday to make sure there would be no surprises. While at the movie theater, the property manager calls to tell me that she cannot allow use of the pool for my daughter and her 4 friends. She was unapologetic and absolutely horrible! We have less than an hour before we are to show up and everything had been set up! This woman was the rudest most disrespectful manager I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! If you are planning ANYTHING at this place, do NOT!! I repeat DO NOT!! Customer service is absolute trash and I have NEVER been so disregarded!!
