🌿 1. Nourish from within.
Your hair is a reflection of what’s happening inside. Make sure you’re fueling your body with protein, hydration, and nutrients (yes, your wellness routine affects your hair too!).
💧 2. Don’t skip deep conditioning.
Once a week, show your hair some extra love with a moisture or repair treatment — especially if you color or use heat regularly.
✂️ 3. Trim regularly.
A little snip every 6–8 weeks keeps ends fresh and prevents breakage before it starts.
💫 4. Be gentle.
Use a heat protectant, avoid tight ponytails, and don’t brush wet hair too harshly — your strands will thank you later.

Silk pillowcases and loose braids can make a world of difference overnight.
