UPDATED BOOKING POLICIES

1. Booking Confirmation

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. No appointment is secured until the deposit is received.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment Methods: Payments can be made via cash app, Venmo, Apple Pay or Cash. The full balance is due 2 weeks before the scheduled appointment.
• No Refunds: All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation

•No Refunds: All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable regardless of the circumstances surrounding the cancellation.

4. Travel Fees

• Travel fee is included in the full amount

5. Client Responsibilities

• Mandatory Setup Conditions:
Clients must provide a clean, well-lit, and accessible space for makeup application. The artist reserves the right to refuse service if the space is deemed unsuitable.

• Client Accountability:
The client organizing the event is responsible for ensuring that all guests receiving makeup services are aware of their appointment times and arrive on schedule.
• Punctuality: All guests must be ready at their designated times. Late arrivals may lead to reduced service time, and the client accepts responsibility for any delays caused by guests.

• Timely Preparation Required:
Clients must allocate sufficient time for makeup services as agreed upon during the booking. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all guests are ready and available for their scheduled appointment times.

6. Timeliness

• Punctual Arrival Required: Clients must arrive on time for their appointment. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes will result in a reduction of service time, and no discounts will be issued.

• Non-Refundable Payments: If clients do not provide adequate time for the artist to complete services for all guests, any missed services due to timing issues will result in a non-refundable payment. The client acknowledges that the artist cannot extend service time without prior arrangement.

7. Allergy Disclosure

• Immediate Notification Required: Clients must disclose all allergies, skin sensitivities, and medical conditions prior to the appointment. Failure to do so may result in the artist refusing to proceed with services.

8. Damage Responsibility

• Liability for Equipment Damage: Clients are fully responsible for any damage to the artist’s equipment during the appointment. Costs for repairs or replacements will be charged directly to the

11. Artist Rights

• Service Refusal: The artist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting inappropriate behavior or violating these policies.
• Use of Images: The artist may use images from the appointment for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
