👉 We still have spots open in our Leaping Through Literature classes - both at Gold Dust Studio and Montessori Educational Center. Classes begin in two weeks. We invite you to join us!

❓What is Leaping Through Literature? It’s a class for students ages 5-9 that encourages a love for reading and for bringing stories to life through movement. We explore one to two books (depending on the length of the session), using each story and elements of that story as inspiration for dance and movement. We begin each class with a BrainDance warm-up to prepare our bodies and minds for learning and movement, and then we immerse ourselves in the story’s themes through playful, guided activities. Most classes wrap up with a skills-based obstacle course and a moment of rest and reflection. Children will not only develop motor skills and creativity but also take home their own copy of the book(s) to continue the adventure.
