The older I get, the more I lean into experiences that actually feel good to me — wellness mornings, beautiful spaces, movement, good conversations, and moments that genuinely feed my soul.

My sister found this beautiful art exhibit in Miami, and unexpectedly… it felt like meeting a younger version of myself again. The curiosity. The wonder. The imagination. All of it the feels hitting at once.

Somewhere along the way, life teaches us to grow up, be responsible, and move through the motions… but lately, I’m learning how to reconnect with the parts of me I never want to abandon — the playful, inspired, curious, free-spirited version of myself.

Because if we’re being real… we’re literally just kids at heart in adult bodies trying to figure it all out 😅 Mmmmkayyyy.

I didn’t expect an art exhibit to move me the way it did, but it reminded me of something important: sometimes we get so busy “growing” that we forget the things that once made us feel alive.

Life is good. Life is beautiful… but whew, this month? It flew by.
I blinked and somehow it was already May 1st
