Safety is our number one priority! We’ve read and adhere to the CDC compliance guidelines and we have taken extra precautionary steps to ensure the safety of our guests and staff including temperature screening upon check-in, scheduling additional times in-between appointments for proper cleaning and disinfecting with our Hospital-Grade disinfectant and disposable liners for our pedicures. We have designated entry and exit doorway and we have provided hand sanitizers and Sanitation Kits which includes paper towels, disposable vinyl gloves and our disinfectant available throughout the spa.

At this time, we have temporarily closed our Relaxation room and showers. We are also not offering lockers, robes and slippers for service. We recommend you dress comfortably for your appointments.

We are excited to announce Serenity Day Spa/Old Town will be welcoming you back on Tuesday, June 16th. During these difficult past few months, we have been truly moved by the overwhelming support you've shown us and one another. While we all look to get back into our routines, please know we are fully committed to providing you and our staff the safest environment possible. Our team is eager and committed to providing you a spa experience in a responsible way.

While the spa has been closed, we have been busy preparing our facility which includes deep cleaning. We have included 'Sanitation Buckets', which include hospital-grade disinfectants, and placed additional hand sanitizer pumps throughout the spa. All spa staff will undergo a temperature check before their shift and are ready to continually clean the spa before and after each guest to ensure as safe an environment as possible.

While we work together to keep our spa clean, we are rolling out temporary, but necessary, changes in spa operations that comply with state guidelines and our own high standards. Guests will be required upon their first visit to sign our Code of Conduct acknowledging and adhering to these guidelines. We will continue to make modifications as we feel necessary to create as safe an environment as possible.

Subject to the 50% occupancy restriction by appointment only imposed by the Governor, capacity will be monitored.

When you walk into the spa, you'll see clearly posted cleaning and use guidelines outlining sensible changes and expectations, such as arrows indicating walking paths and social distancing floor marks. Other guidelines include:

Temporary Modified Hours (Old Town):
Monday: Closed
Tuesday - Sunday: 10am - 6pm
Temperature Check: Per state guidelines and our own high standards, all staff and members will undergo a temperature check prior to entering the spa. Anyone registering a temperature of 100.4 degrees or over will not be allowed to enter.
Locker Rooms: Lockers and Showers will be temporarily unavailable. Restrooms are available for guest use. We will not provide robes and slippers for service at this time.
Serenity/Relaxation Room: This will be temporarily unavailable.

If you feel sick, have a fever or difficulty breathing or in the last 2 weeks been in close contact with a person suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19, please stay home.
Wash and sanitize your hands often.
Guest will be required to sign a 'Code of Conduct' upon their first visit.
Guest will be required to wear face masks at all times.
You'll be asked to wait outside or in your car until your technician is ready.
