A lot of y'all already know this, but for those who don't... I work, A LOT. 😅

For the last several years I've worked 7 days a week, and most days I'm at the salon 12+ hours trying my best to fit everyone in. I have always done everything I can to accommodate everyone's schedules, especially those who need evening appointments or need in last minute. But after a lot of thinking, I've realized I can't keep running at this pace.

Starting in August, I'm going to be cutting back on working so many long days. I will still be taking late appointments, but any appointment booked at or after 5:00 PM will have the following additional fee per client:

✂️ Haircuts: +$20
🎨 Color appointments: +$50

I wanted to explain why instead of just posting the new policy. By the time I get off work after those long days, it's anywhere from 9pm-12am. I don't have time to cook dinner for my family, which means I'm having to purchase dinner from somewhere last minute and stop to pick it up. I am right back at work again the next day by 9am, so I'm having to basically go right to bed after eating and only getting a few hours of sleep. Most days I don't even stop long enough to eat during the day, that's my first and only meal, and honestly, my body just can't keep doing that over and over. It financially doesn't make sense either.

I love what I do, and I love taking care of my clients, but I also have to start taking care of myself and making time for my family. If I'm choosing to stay late to accommodate evening appointments, I need to at least make enough to cover the extra costs that come with it.

I hope y'all understand, and I truly appreciate every single one of you for supporting me and keeping me so busy. Thank you for always being the best clients.🫶🏻

After & Before! We removed her hand tied extensions and reinstalled them. Then did a highlight/lowlight retouch, toner, and added in some red pieces on the bottom layer.❤️

After & Before! We started out with grown out black box color on the hair and an old brassy blonde, very thin halo section. Today was our first session together. She wanted blonde, red, and black throughout. I thickened up her halo section and started lifting through that old black color. Then highlighted the top half, and did red highlights on that. We have another session of lifting before her blonde is even & bright. But today was a step forward in correcting previous work.🖤❤️🤍

After & Before! We did a cowboy copper shadow root & lowlights, with blonde balayaged throughout and a blonde money piece in the front! We also trimmed her ends, layers, & added face framing.🤍

After & Before! We added custom colored 18.5 inch hand extensions, colored her natual hair to match her extensions, trimmed her natural hair first before installing them, then trimmed and shapped up her extensions. Such a beautiful blend!🤌🏻

After & Before! We did this beauuuutiful blended balayage this morning! We did a slightly darker root with some blended darker pieces throughout, lightened her blonde a bit, and toned her an ashy blonde color. We also trimmed her ends & added face framing.🤍 Happy 4th of July everybody!🎇🎆
