Can I be real for a minute?
When someone cancels at the last minute, it’s not just an empty appointment on my calendar. It’s time I set aside for my family, my business, and my income. As a self-employed lash artist, I don’t get paid when those spots go unfilled. I set aside that time specifically for you, and last-minute cancellations make it difficult to fill those openings. All last min cancellations will now have a fee. No exceptions. I need 24 hours notice before your appointment time to avoid a fee.
I understand that things happen, and I always try to be understanding. All I ask is for the same consideration in return. Giving notice 48-24 hours before your appointment time helps me tremendously and allows me the opportunity to offer that appointment to someone else.
