For those that were wondering as to the lack of production and show the last few months. Our owner was dealing with some health complications that hindered her ability to work for too long. We have added a new staff member to the family early this month who is in need of some major training to get him up to speed for shows. We hope to be back up and running with production closer to September but that all depends on the newest employee willingness to all her to work.

Dealing with the pups after I was out most of the day between blood work and errands. Nothing like failing the ability to take your 3 hour glucose test as your almost 12 hour fasting blood sugar level was one point too high. But weekly errands got done. Along with almost getting done with the latest Dr appointment project. Just two more full rows.

We take our job from dad very seriously. He said we have to keep mama from doing anything stupid. We decided the best way to keep her safe is to keep her in place with our body weight. Yes one of on the left leg completely and baby is being protected and supported by the boppy pillow.

It's takes about 2 hours everyday to get the hip and legs pain under control everyday just from sleep. Lidocaine cream is pointless it doesn't seem to reach the location of pain. Mane and tails Mineral ice on the other hand seems to be helping. Let's just not go into how much I am using to be able to move.

Maybe with luck the pups and pain will be manageable in order to do some more catch up chores and do some production work one day.

My one med was delayed in arrival. So today I am taking out the project that I have been taking with me to doctors appointments to work on.

Yes I finished the green and brown hat earlier this week between the er visits and appointments. Baby is doing good doctors just love scaring pregnant women with elevated blood pressure.

Announcement!!! Shows for 2022 are going to look a bit different as we are expecting a new addition to our family in July. The past few months have been rough considering the previous 4 losses and symptoms this time are being just as contrary as Lil bit when getting measured kept bringing legs up so that the doctor has issue's getting Lil bit to cooperate.

Thankfully I have 2 wonderful women who help me at shows. While I plan on slowing down shows closer to July through Sept I will have to check with these two before scheduling shows when I can not be there.

While we originally planned on starting the research and development of the shaving soaps to ensure that the products would be ones that we would buy. We will be adding to our products with more baby and mama friendly products so that they too can have access to the clean healthy skin that we feel everyone should have access to.

Mama needs the extra love and protection right now. This is the new favorite place for them to snuggles. Only 4 more days until she can leave the house again. Then at least 2 doctors appointments the first week of the year.

All business work has been put on hold until after we are feeling better. So next week as long as strength holds I can start inventory and paperwork for the new year. As well as ensuring all the bookwork is ready for tax time.

Production today is to make this soft yarn into a headband. This is a 50/50 the colored ply and from raw unwashed fleece the white ply.

While I have a good deal of this yarn to make into items if you have requests for hat, gloves or headbands message me I am more than willing to crochet it into what you want. As well as crocheting other yarn into what you are looking for.

Finished two beanies last night and started on a one of a kind Slouch hat as the supplier no longer dyes fiber for spinning.
Teal hat is 100% Shetland top from that I hand dyed with Teal.
Pink purple is fiber from that I hand spun.
The band for the Slouch hat is a merino bamboo and silk blend from in wild iris. This is hand spun then

While several new hats have been added to stock more still needs to be made. This was white Shetland top that I hand dyed with Teal before hand spinning it, and chain plying only to start hand crocheting it into a beanie can't wait to see how this one looks finished.

New stock available fairyflax and thistle Slouch hat, and outlander theme heathered Shetland top headband listed. Have to add the listing for the 2 beanies this one is Blue twilight the other that I did not realize was left off the site is secret menu in shades of maroon and purple should be up today.

This is working up like a dream and I can't wait to finish this hat up to start working on matching wristwarmers and headband.

Mama was out at an event today we didn't get our normal amount of daily snuggles so we are ganging up on her. But this trick also keeps her from moving too much since we were not able to monitor her activity level she had to do more that she is supposed to.

Yes we do this after every show she has. Of course this is on a loveseat with the 4 of us. Mom keeps asking us if we know what personal space is. Our answer is what is that we know puppy pile.
