My client had a previous demi permanent brunette in a expresso shade we hoped to enhance with minimal warmth.I performed a foilage with less than 20 foils,added olaplex & lifted past the orange into a backround yellow level 8-9 and dropped her level back to a 6-7 using a muted mushroom & a drop of gold-beige to tone.
Using a blue toned shampoo every 3-5 washes will help eliminate brassy tones that naturally come out & a toning-glossing service is suggested every 4-6 weeks.
