Have you ever heard of a clean p**p?

You know when you start to feel more comfortable in your clothes, you feel less bloated, less foggy, more energized, but you don’t totally realize the transformation and changes your body has gone through??

My jaw was literally on the floor when I decided to take some after pictures for my before/after FEEL GOOD journey.

Did you know that roughly 70% of your overall health and well-being stems from your GUT HEALTH? I had no clue.

I’m not looking for a specific number on the scale. I definitely used to. Was obsessed with the number on the scale for a long time and if that number didn’t go down, it would bum me out.

When working out and eating right just wasn’t enough. I started looking for additional options. I had NO CLUE how important GUT HEALTH is. It’s not something people or doctors around me have ever talked about. “Yeah take a probiotic” was all I’ve actually ever heard.

So many people think (including myself) that feeling groggy, tired, foggy, irritable, anxious, bloated, inflammation, food intolerance, food/sugar cravings, skin irritations, migraines, mood changes etc is normal and we either go to the wrong things for a solution, or we don’t know what to do and we just accept it’s a part of life etc...
IT’S NOT NORMAL!

Rather than whatever number some scale says, I’m way more concerned about how I feel, my energy level, my OVERALL health. Feeling good in my own skin, being my best self for ME, my babies and my family. FEELING GOOD in whatever clothes I wear. If I feel good in the jeans I put on or the cute outfit, if I feel good when I wake up in the morning, if I feel strong… that’s important to me.

There’s a pretty simple way to start the journey I started, to balance your gut and overall health too.
