As a professional hair and makeup artist I am constantly looking for ways to use color to accentuate your natural beauty. One way you can do this for yourself is by selecting eyeshadow colors that work with your natural eye color.

*Disclaimer: these are color schemes that I have learned through experience on my clients that do a great job in complimenting natural eye color. This in no way is a rule book, feel free to use whatever you desire in expressing yourself through makeup 🤍

💙BLUE : Try brown and rose tones. The warm shades contrast the coolness of blue eyes making them stand out.

💚GREEN: Try lavender and mocha tones. Purple shades contrast green color making eyes look more dramatic; Warmer mocha shades compliment green eyes giving a more natural look.

🤎BROWN: Try green, gold, and navy shades to help pick up the colored flecks found in brown eyes, allowing them to pop.

💛HAZEL: Try deep greens, pale yellows. Depending on your mood and color change you can choose a shade that matches the flecks in your eyes.

🌈ANY EYE COLOR: Nudes, charcoals, blacks and deep browns will work and match with any color!
