Mother FN Solutions joined the employee meeting at classic cleaning this week to teach proper form and technique to team members so they can move their bodies safely to prevent fatigue and back pain! They were even equipped with some drills they can do to continue working on their core and glute strength. Thanks so much for having me! 💜

My heart is overwhelmed with gratitude right now so I kind of just need spill over for a second 🥰.

This afternoon, I have been working on my program. For those of you who don’t know, I have an in-depth curriculum and program designed not only to educate women on the facets of fitness and nutrition but also to coach them to make breakthroughs that get them out of their own way. I can’t even begin to explain how much has gone into it already, but as I continue to work with women, I keep adding to the program—more educational pieces to help make things clear, more resources to support every kind of woman (stay-at-home moms, corporate single ladies, single working moms, etc.), and most importantly, time-effective ways to recondition thoughts so that you can see yourself as the unstoppable individual you are and act accordingly.

Every time I get around to adding to my program, I get very emotional because I am just so so thankful—firstly, for the ability to use my passion for good, to walk in my calling, and to serve others in such a meaningful way. This is so much more than a business to me; it’s my mission and my ministry. And adding to my program gives me the opportunity to not only give my clients a practical edge but also a spiritual one. As I write, I imagine the words falling on receptive ears; I envision the resources coming to life through their actions. And as I do, I’m praying over the hearts and minds of the women that will engage with my program—that they would receive what they need, that I would be given the right words to say, and that even the smallest phrase might unlock something in them that breaks chains that have held them back for years.

And secondly, what I’m even more grateful for is for every single person who has supported me and my business. Whether by encouraging words, believing in my work, simply showing up, or supporting my content—every time you like, share, or otherwise engage with my content, you’re helping my message reach those who need it most, the women I’ve been working and praying to reach. And you are actively supporting my ability to continue doing what I love. So thank you for being a part of this journey, thank you for encouraging me, thank you for engaging, thank you for helping me reach the women who my program will bless. Together, we’re making an impact, and I couldn’t do it without you.

I’m super late for my new year post lol but I do want to take the time to thank everyone. Over the past year my business has grown tremendously and I could not have done that in the slightest without the love and support of my community. There are many who have told me this year how they couldn’t have grown or reached their goals without me but I promise you it’s the same for me. Watching my programs come to life through my clients who work so hard to grow and reach their goals is so encouraging and inspiring and just makes me want to work harder and do more. Which brings me to my next point. I have been presented with an amazing opportunity to grow even more into something even bigger. A year ago I would have thought it was an impossible take down but now.. I actually believe I could do this. But I’m kind of just waiting on God. He has never failed to show me clearly His will for my life and future so I’m just steadily praying that the doors that are for me will be wide open with a welcome matt and I’m really hoping that I’ll have an awesome announcement coming soon.
