I’m getting a lot of messages about my thoughts on the Ukraine/Russian situation.

Anytime there is weakness there will be someone to exploit it.

Don’t be so easily distracted by the next shiny thing they want you to focus on and lose sight of what is happening under your nose?

What do I think? I think the people who have to gain are the same people causing problems for the Citizens of their countries for the past two years.

The ones who will suffer prom this is the citizens of all countries involved.

Yes, to include us. We will suffer the
repercussions of this as a well.

Sanctions don’t hurt political figures. They hurt the citizens of all countries. You and I. The people of Russia don’t want this, the people of Ukraine don’t want this, we certainly don’t.

Start asking yourself who has to gain here?

Update for Clients!!

We do have the ok to open but with special guidelines. Please bare with me, I will be getting a hold of each of you. I will start back to work on Monday the 11th. Clients are required to wear a mask, as am I, also you will need to come by yourself (1 person per stylist). If you are ill or not feeling well or simply are uncomfortable with the situation please allow yourself more time before you schedule an appointment. I will be sanitizing this weekend and getting prepared to open back up. Getting everyone back in will be a process and will take some time. If you’re not scheduled this first week I promise I haven’t forgotten about you 😊 I appreciate your patience and understanding and look forward to seeing everyone!! ♥️ 💇🏼‍♀️

OK, the governor said barbershops and salons could open this Friday the eighth. The mayor of Amarillo can still override that if she thinks we have too many cases. Our local city government has a press conference in the morning and I will have to wait and see what they say. If the local city government lets us open, we will open Monday the 11th. The salon will be available six days a week for the foreseeable future. I’ll have to read through the new handbook and make sure that we are abiding by all the new rules and regulations as we reopen. It will take me a few days to get the salon deep cleaned and sanitized and everything turned back on. As long as the city lets us, we will Monday the 11th. The salon will only be closed on Sundays.
