Learning to love yourself is hard, but the more time you devote to reminding yourself that you are deserving of love and acceptance, the more you will begin to believe those words and live by them. When you learn to truly be kind to yourself, your outlook on life becomes so much better.
Also, I highly recommend Brené Brown’s Ted Talk on The Power of Vulnerability.

This applies all around - mind awareness and body awareness. Once you become aware of the areas you need to work on, whether that’s mental, physical, or emotional, you can begin to cultivate a healthier lifestyle. And if you’re already aware of the areas you need to work on, I encourage you not to ignore that feeling. Awareness is there to help you become the best version of yourself. Don’t resist change just because it’s uncomfortable or scary. 💖 Sending you lots of love, and hope you’re all having a great week!
P.S. I’m back in town for anyone that would like to schedule a massage. Call 806.354.2100!

I hope your day is filled with joy and positivity. Take it and turn it into something great. ☀️❤️

Take a moment to check in with yourself. What does your body need today? Are you holding tension in your shoulders? Maybe practice some breathing exercises and focus on relaxing them more with each breath. Experiencing pain or stiffness in your lower back or hips? Could be your body’s way of telling you that you need to get moving!🕺🏻🏃🏻♀️🏊♀️🧘🏻♀️
So do something GOOD for yourself. Massage is a wonderful tool for relaxation and tension relief, but it is NOT an end all be all cure for every muscular ailment. What matters even more is how you treat your body outside of that 1 to 2 hour massage therapy session. The more you listen to what your body needs, and the more active steps you take to meet those needs, the better results you’re going to see. All you gotta do is listen. ❤️ Lots of love.

This is something I’ve struggled with myself. Whenever I get discouraged, I tend to mentally beat myself up over whatever the situation is. But I’m so over that destructive mentality. I’ve come to realize that I can use those difficulties to catapult me into becoming the best version of myself, and that is true strength. ❤️

So true. If you need a shift in perspective, I encourage you to count your blessings. Even when you’re dealing with obstacles or challenging situations, find a way to turn them into something positive, and be GRATEFUL for every experience. ❤️ sending each of you lots of love today.
Who needs to practice some self care?! 🙋🏻💆🏻
