We had a summer supper…BLT’s with fresh 🍅 tomatoes, mini cucumbers, and zucchini with a tsp of spaghetti sauce and a little mozzarella cheese (we cooked these in the air fryer).

Business has been a little slower lately, but I’m reminding myself that slow doesn’t mean failing.
