Hello,
I'm Crystal, I am a 3d generation Alaskan. I have a huge family here and have no plans on ever leaving this beautiful state.

Since I was a young girl, I always knew I wanted to be a hairdresser. I have an obsession with the movement of hair, color, length and styles.
While in high school at age 15, I went to Cosmetology at King Career Center. A month after graduating in 2012, I enrolled in beauty school.

After graduating from a Goldwell cosmetology school in 2013, I headed straight to a Aveda Focus Salon where I was employed for 2 years.

I've studied The Redken, Aveda, Goldwell / Elumen, and Pravana color lines.

I've taken advance classes in texture cutting, balayage placement techniques, and the popular "lob" hair cut with the Aveda Congress instructors, as well as Phillip Wilson and Ricky Zito.

This past year, I attended the Butterfly Loft Circus hair seminar in Las Vegas, where Americas best independent stylists gave a private seminar, Allowing me to learn the best techniques in this trade today.

Following the seasons is very important to me as a stylist to help my clients keep up with the current trends. I highly recommend my clients take a few months off from color services, to keep their hair healthy so we can continue coloring it for the long run.

This summer I will be attending the first ever Moroccan Oil Tailored Texture Academy in NYC, for fall fashion week. It is focusing on the hair trends for fall 2016 and spring 2017. It includes lots of braids and up dos.

I love specializing in blonde hair as well as subtle sun kissed balayage.
