Self conscious.
Critical.
Hard on myself.

Anybody else ever feel this way? Ladies, how about wearing a tank top and feeling like your arms just don't fit the part? Or what about the times you are getting ready to go out to eat or hang with friends and after 30 minutes of supposedly "getting ready," your whole wardrobe is on the floor. Nothing fit right, nothing looked good enough.

I've always been super hard on myself. Anybody who knows me knows that I secretly have a competitive side and most of the time it's with myself!

- that lift should've been better

- my time should've been faster

- I know I can work harder... The list goes on.

I'm not doing this to get compliments, but for you to know that I struggle too! Some days I eat like complete crap. Some days my workouts are HORRIBLE (to the point where I'm not sure I even worked out?) WE are all human. Where does being hard on ourselves get us? The more we learn to love our bodies the more we will want to flaunt those tank tops, stop judging every little thing we do, AND we can get ready in 10 minutes 😊

It all takes time. You WILL make progress. Snap a photo! You'll be able to SEE the changes.

You are WORTH it. You are AMAZING. You are LOVED.

A fear I had before becoming a Beachbody coach was the idea of having to share with people who I really am. Weird right?? To me, I'm nowhere near where I want to be with my fitness or nutrition goals, I don't have my shizz together, and I certainly am not perfect! It's crazy how we as humans criticize ourselves over the silliest things. But, ya know what? People don't like "perfect" because NO ONE can relate to perfect. People like REAL life situations, events, and PEOPLE. Stop comparing yourself to other people's success, bodies, lifestyles, things, etc. The only person you should be comparing yourself to is the person you were yesterday! Just. Be. You. Everything else will fall into place!
