Arguably one of the most impressive cuts of beef! Why? It's two of the highest quality steaks in one and is perfect for 2 people to split.

The Porterhouse features a full NY Strip on one side of the bone and a Filet Mignon on the other side. Seriously, what's not to love?!

We sell out of filet's before every harvest - never fails - so if that's what you're looking for and we're out, grab a Porterhouse and give it a shot ... at least until we can figure out how to make an entire cow in to filet's. 😉

I had to try our popular bourbon bacon bits + caramelized onion hamburger patties last night (quality control) and I am here to report .... 10/10.

These guys were crazy good with tons of flavor and juices for days. I opted to melt some mozzarella cheese on top and drizzle with the Sweet & Sticky BBQ Sauce from Whatcha Smokin' BBQ + Brew .

I wasn't sure what to pair them with - I will definitely do a coleslaw or pasta salad next time but ya know, just trying to use up some potatoes and corn. 😉
