Recipe:
1/2 cup - Oatmeal
1/4 cup - Almond Malk (I β€οΈ this brand because there's no fillers or additives... simple ingredients
2 tbls - H**p Seeds
1 tbls - Pumpkin Seeds
1/4 tsp - Ceylon Cinnamon (Know your Cinnamon... all Cinnamon is not created equal)
1/2 cup - Frozen berry blend
Nothing changes just because it's a holiday. The goal stays the same!
