When you tell me you want to feel stronger, find yourself again, or finally feel confident walking into a gym, I hear more than a fitness goal. I hear someone who’s ready for something to change and trusting me to help.

I bring my education, my experience as a professional athlete, and my standards as a coach. But I also bring Jess. The mom, the woman who’s had to rebuild, and the person who knows how much it matters to have someone in your corner.

I’ll celebrate the progress you brush off. I’ll challenge you when you’re selling yourself short. And on the days your confidence is low, I’ll remind you of what you’re capable of while we take the next step together.

Helping people become the best version of themselves is work I’ve built my life around. I care about who you become through this process just as much as the results you can see.

I say women aren’t muscular enough.

After age 30, women naturally begin losing muscle mass every decade—and that loss accelerates as we get older if we don’t resistance train. Less muscle doesn’t just mean less strength. It means a higher risk of falls, fractures, loss of independence, slower metabolism, and a lower quality of life later in life. The strongest predictor of how well you’ll age isn’t how skinny you are—it’s how strong you are. 💪🏼💋

So no… I’m not lifting to “look like a man.”

I’m lifting so I can carry allmy groceries at 70, chase my kids/grandkids, protect my bones, and build a body that serves me for life and OF COURSE, look like a baddie 🏆
