This year I have launched an after-school program focused on providing young minorities with opportunities in the beauty industry. This initiative merges science with beauty through BeautyWISE (Beauty With Integrated Science Education). Our goal is to leverage STEM principles to encourage greater minority representation in both STEM and cosmetic science fields.
