When I first decided to remove alcohol from my life close to four years ago, the holiday season was the hardest. It still is. But it is also the single best decision I have ever made. So that is why Sarah E A Woolsey and I decided to create this program and share it with the world for free.

🤛We are Sober and Supported and we are kicking off our FREE 9 week group coaching program on 11/10/2025 to help you get through the holidays grounded, clear-headed and healthy without alcohol. We meet weekly on Zoom at 6:30pm MST, and have a private group for peer-support, information and encouragement.
