Centre Salon an Aveda Lifestyle salon in Arvada, CO is seeking a full time manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who can lead and coach a dynamic and growing team. Centre Salon was founded in Early 2000, bought by is present owner James Pacifico in late 2005, with a dream of becoming the elite team. Creating one of the most successful salon’s in Colorado, dedicated to excellence for its guests and staff. We share Aveda’s exceptional standards of quality products, treatments and guest care. $40k starting salary based on experience.

GUIDING PRINCIPLES:

• Lead others as a coach and mentor versus a boss.
• The manager will spend most of their time on “the floor” with the Centre Team and the salon/spa guests, not in the back room.

REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversees every aspect of Salon Spa Operations running the salon with “owner” thinking.
• Ensure excellent guest service that meets or exceeds expectation.
• Ensures that the salon is adequately staffed to meet guest needs; following all profit and loss percentages.
• Operating the business in accordance with the company policies and applicable laws.
• Ensure Service booking and service and retail sales per guest are maximized with impeccable service quality.
• Enforcing safe work behaviors to maintain a safe environment for both guests and staff.
• Monitor daily activities to ensure quality service and cleanliness standards.
• Meet the salons business P & L and expense goals.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience as a salaried manager in the service industry
• Demonstrated leadership skills including coaching, directing and motivating a team.
• Some exposure to P & L and sales building highly desirable.
• Grassroots community involvement.
