Well we did it again and this time it glows in UV... Thank you Laurel Leigh Wilczek for giving me creative control. I can't wait to see what it looks like when it glows! I also can't express my eternal gratitude for being able to do what I love and hang with one of my besties at the same time!

Hey everybody! Just wanted to do a quick update. I'm finally feeling well and am available for appointments again! Last month was probably the worst month of my life with one thing after another but I'm back and ready to make you feel pretty! Can't wait to hear from y'all!!!

Did all the things and she turned out even more beautiful than I could have imagined! Thank you for giving me creative freedom and just letting me play. Also guess who forgot to take before pictures... 🙋‍♀️🤷‍♀️at least she had a great selfie that shows where we started and I got some of the finished product. I can't get over how beautiful it turned out.

Hey beautiful people!!!! So I've got good news! My back is much better! Finally got my bilateral nerve ablation almost 2 weeks ago and I'm actually able to work with almost no pain! Hello everyone!! Well I've been hesitant to post because I feel like I'm kind of in limbo. I had my ablation on 4 nerves in my back but now the right side of my back has been having pain so I'm just waiting for my next pain Dr appointment on April 10th to see where to go from here. However, that said I have been taking clients again. I've just had to space everyone out so I don't over do it. I just wanted to update y'all because heck I miss you!!! I'm sure some of you are wondering where the heck I've been. Well... I unfortunately have a buldging disc between L5 and S1 that has completely crippled me for the past 3 weeks. I've been kind of waiting to see what the plan is before posting. I had an MRI last Saturday and just had a pain management appointment today where we scheduled an injection for next weds. I've previously had an injection so we are hoping this one will give me as much relief as the previous one did. That being said I'm going to be rescheduling many appointments so I appreciate everyone's patience in advance. I LOVE doing hair and am hoping to be back behind the chair as soon as possible!! Love you all!! ❤❤❤

So I've been going back and forth about posting this story but I think it's really worth sharing. During the last few weeks I've spent 46.5 hrs helping a client heal after her long stay in the ICU. Unfortunately the staff in the hospital didn't deem hairbrushing an essential task so during her 4 month stay no one bothered to brush her b***y length hair. The bun she came in with had permanently affixed itself to her head. Well through many curse words, tears and hugs I finally was able to free her of at least one reminder of her ordeal. There were a few times I debated giving up but then the next session I'd make huge headway. I told her it was like the universe just kept telling me "No, don't give up!!! You can do this!!!" The attached pictures don't even do this knows matte justice. It was so tightly stuck to her head she couldn't even sleep without pain. After I believe the 4th session though she finally was able to get some good sleep she told me and that definitely made me feel like I just couldn't give up. A few blisters and callouses on my hands and one broken comb were 100% worth it. You all bet your sweet buns that I jumped up and down telling "I did it, I did it!!!" When I finally got that very last tangle out. I love you sister and thank you for letting me help you free yourself from that hair prison. I can officially say that detangling is now one of my many skills. Thank you for reading. Love you guys!!!
