It is with sadness we announce that River Aesthetics will be closing its doors this summer. We will be seeing clients through May/June. This picture is from our opening day 4 yrs ago. We won best med spa in Asheville that year. What a ride it has been. Thank you for being so loyal and letting us be a part of your lives. We feel passionate about practicing with integrity, quality training and utilization of science based methods which is why we are referring our clients to Amanda at .
