Returning to exercise after an injury? Remember:
1️⃣ Quality over intensity. Move well before you move hard. Rebuild confidence, control, and coordination first.
2️⃣ Monitor the after-burn. Some soreness is expected, but symptoms should settle within 24–48 hours—not linger or escalate.
3️⃣ unstick your fascia. Address the tissues that adapted during recovery. Periods of protection and immobility can leave fascia feeling stiff and restricted. Gradual loading, mobility work, and hands-on treatment can help restore movement and resilience.
Getting back at a slow and controlled pace can mean the difference in recovery time. Rushing is not the smart way.

We shot our FIRST commercial video media today with the talented OnDream Media and we can’t WAIT to see his creation!
Johnny rented his office to me a few days a week when I first started a personal practice in Asheville in 2024. A few years later… he is one of the best media videographers in the area and now he rents an office from me a few days a week to keep up with his bodywork hobby. 🙌🏽
We had to snap him back after him having us be on camera for hours! 📸
