Fun sharing a nature walk and stream side meditation with Scranton Prep's BUILD program earlier this summer at Lackawanna State Park in PA. About 30 middle schoolers practiced reading the park map, learned about some of the plants and animals at the park, and then took a walk to a creek, where they participated in a nature meditation. I used to teach at Scranton Prep, so I was able to see some former colleagues! Friends, nature, and meditation at my favorite state park. Life is good!
