Jay is one of L’eau de Vie’s Salon Coordinators, bringing many years of professional experience with a passion for collaboration and creativity. She enjoys facilitating a harmonious climate for both clients and stylists. Jay is driven by the cultivation of consistency, inclusivity, and perceptiveness.

Outside of the salon, Jay is a poet, who loves spending time in nature and with her family. History, the arts, plus cooking and relishing tasty bites are a few of the things that elicit her joie de vivre.

With four years of experience in the industry, Mary is a passionate hairstylist who loves the artistry and human connection that come with her craft. She finds inspiration in working with clients from all walks of life, helping them feel confident and embrace their natural beauty. Whether it’s color, cutting, or styling, Mary enjoys every aspect of hairstyling and the creative challenges it brings.

Committed to continuous growth, she has pursued extensive Aveda-specific education to sharpen her skills. Her approach centers on enhancing natural hair while also having fun with color and cutting techniques. Her goal is for every client to leave her chair feeling confident, comfortable in their own skin, and inspired by their look.

When she’s not behind the chair, Mary enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and spending time with her loved ones—soaking in the beauty of the city she calls home.

Krissy (she/her) | .cutshair

Krissy is our haircutting specialist, passionate about creating low-maintenance styles tailored to each guest. While she loves cutting all shapes, she has a special place in her heart for waves, curls, coils, bobs, pixies, shags, mullets, bangs, and razor cutting.

Her guests always feel seen and heard, thanks to her thoughtful consultations. She takes the time to understand your needs and bring your vision to life—even if you’ve been told before, “That cut won’t work with your hair or face shape.”

Born and bred Aveda, Krissy has 13 years of industry experience, including time as an educator at the Aveda Institute. She also practices American Sign Language at an intermediate level.

When she’s not at the salon, you can find her sipping matcha, hiking with her fur baby, or camping in her green school bus.

Most importantly—PLEASE don’t forget to show her pictures of your dog while you’re in her chair!

We’re excited to introduce Joseph, a seasoned stylist at L’eau de Vie Salon with 24 years of experience behind the chair. Classically trained at Vidal Sassoon London, Joseph has seen trends come and go but stays ahead through continuous education with Aveda.

Specializing in color and color correction, he is passionate about creating beautiful, customized results while building strong, lasting relationships with his guests. And of course, men are always welcome in his chair!

With 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Nikki specializes in many color trends and dry cutting techniques. She is passionate about curating individual styles as a means of self expression and enhancing natural beauty.
These days, Nikki spends most of her time with her 18 month old daughter. They love to sing, blow bubbles, pet cute animals, try new foods and of course, watch Bluey.

We are happy to announce that L’eau de Vie Salon has reopened and we’re excited to welcome you back! If you already have an appointment booked, rest assured we will keep it as scheduled.
