Having practiced yoga for over 10 years, and now having formal training through Asheville Community Yoga and certification through the Yoga Alliance, I am excited to be sharing the joy of this practice with you. I offer personal one on one in home yoga for women, and also do events with small groups along with classes and workshops held in the community.

So…this last year I have been on a journey that I have been quiet about, as far as social media goes, but I am now fully ready to announce that I am a license massage therapist!
I transitioned out of teaching yoga during the pandemic and felt in my spirit it was a new season and time to go after something that had been brewing in my mind for a long time! Though I still love practicing yoga (and teaching here and there), I am so excited to move into massage therapy!
I have my own private studio where I am currently seeing clients and would LOVE to share all the benefits of massage with you!
