UPDATE: Sweet Cheesus Food Truck is on site! If you love warm Gooey Cheese, you have to try this truck. I never heard of raclette cheese before trying it last year. Apparently, it date back to the Swiss Alps in the Middle Ages. They literally heat a block of cheese and scrape it on to their delicious menu items.
